It lies along the Ohio River on West Virginia Route 2, northeast of the city of Parkersburg, the county seat of Wood County.[1] Its elevation is 620 feet (189 m), and it is located at 39°20′10″N 81°22′34″W / 39.33611°N 81.37611°W / 39.33611; -81.37611 (39.3361861, -81.3762394).[2] Although it is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 26184.[3]
